Trevon is a forward-thinking professional with a strong background in manufacturing and specialized training in preventative maintenance. Since joining Terra’s Facility Management team in late 2024, he has leveraged his hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives. Trevon is adept at identifying workflow optimization opportunities and resolving complex challenges. His strengths in critical thinking, time management, and dedication to ongoing learning contribute to consistently high-quality, reliable results. Outside of work, Trevon enjoys traveling and seeking out new experiences.
