Talin Rajendranath

Talin joined the Terra Caribbean team in January 2025. He attended the University of West Florida and has a degree in Sports Management, where he also played golf for the university. From there he turned professional and played and coached for a number of years. Real estate has always been a passion that Talin has had for many years, especially during his early years while watching HGTV with his mother every lunchtime. He completed the Real estate program with ROYTEC in 2023.

Talin brings a dedicated, mindful and patient approach which he has cultivated and mastered through years and years of experience of playing golf. Talin is committed to client satisfaction and will always meet the needs of the client first.
