Mairi Grimshaw

Mairi joined Terra in 2003 and acted in various roles in the company over the years which has allowed her to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate field. Prior to this, she worked in the banking sector in areas of customer service, training and development and marketing for a few years as well as in a well-established property development company where she was first exposed to the real estate business. At present she oversees the overall operations in the office with specific focus on administration, compliance, staff training, database management and IT. She provides support to the CEO and her role at Terra is key. She is a main point of contact for all staff and is always willing to assist her team members as needed.
